We’re pleased to share some significant news. NHD Tax Solutions has joined AMS Group, establishing a long-term strategic partnership that marks the next chapter in our journey.

What this means for our clients

The most important thing to know is that for the vast majority of our clients, this is business as usual. You will continue working with the same NHD team. Nick, Rebecca and Sarah are all remaining with the business for the long term, and there are no changes to your contractual arrangements, pricing or day-to-day service.

What does change is the breadth of what we can bring to bear for you. Through the AMS platform, NHD now has access to broader advisory, audit and transactional expertise.
